Application Lottery Status

Offered:
This means that your child is offered a seat from the campus.
Starting on Monday, February 25th, you will have 2 business days to accept the placement at a campus.
Accept Placement:
If you accept placement at our campus, you will forfeit placement at all other campuses. You will have 10
business days to complete the registration process which includes: filling out the registration forms and submitting all required
documentation such as proof of residence, transcripts, discipline records, immunizations, and student identification.
Decline Placement:
If you decline placement, you will be removed from that Harmony campus lottery list only.
Wait List:
This means that your child is placed on the wait list for the campus. As students accept/decline spots on the offered
list, your child will move up. If your child moves up to the offered list, the system will send you a message through Smart Choice.

Re-enrollment season is here! Please fill out your re-enrollment form on Skyward. This is very important for your student’s placement for the school year 2019-2020. Those who do not turn it in, will be considered as a non-returning student and will have to re-apply and go through the lottery process once again. If your child is in 8th grade, the form must be filled out to hold their spot for High School.
Re-enrollment process is a confirmation to HSI-Katy that your student will be returning/not returning to HSI-Katy in 2019 – 2020 academic school year. All parents must complete re-enrollment for their student(s). Re-Enrollment is an individual per student.

Please review our school report card via TEA.
The 2017–18 School Report Cards (SRC) are now available on the Texas Education Agency’s website at http://tea.texas.gov/perfreport/src/index.html. The purpose of the SRC is to inform parents and guardians about a campus’s individual characteristics and its academic performance.
For those who would like greater detail about the information in the SRC, the glossary that accompanies the 2017–18 Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) is a useful resource. It contains definitions and methodologies for all the information included in the SRC. The data in the SRC is a subset of that published in the TAPR. The TAPR Glossary is available on the TEA website at https://rptsvr1.tea.texas.gov/perfreport/tapr/2018/glossary.pdf.
